Please note that we are currently only processing orders that require shipping within the republic of South Africa.

Your shipping charge will be calculated based on the weight of your parcel and charged according to the priority mail charges of the South African Post Office. Larger parcels will be shipped with a courier company and charged accordingly.

No claims will be recognised unless made within 7 days of delivery.

Opened packages cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

A 15% handling fee will be charged on all returns.
